After starting orthodontic work aged 8 which included multiple extractions under both local and general aesthetic, in addition to some not so friendly other dentists, I had developed a huge fear of dentists. So much so that I would have gas and air for check ups and cleans and clench my hands until I had white knuckles.I came across The Dental Spa in The Beast after moving to the area and booked a check up. After explaining my fears, the friendly team were incredibly understanding and comforting, doing all they could do make me feel at ease in the chair.Skip forward a couple of years and I now enjoy going to the dentist! I've had multiple/regular check ups and a couple of small cosmetic dental procedures which have enhanced my smile. Each time I've been, I've learnt more about oral health, and it's made me more invested in the upkeep.Highly recommend Ellie the team, really have changed my experience of dentists and would rate them them as the go too for anyone looking for a dentist, even if you have the biggest fear!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at The Dental Spa Bondi are all incredible from the gorgeous receptionist Sasha to the lovely hygienist and of course founder and owner Dr Ellie. The team have looked after my teeth for years and people comment on my smile 😀 all the time. My children love visiting Dr Ellie and her team, and I would not take them to anyone else for their oral health. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place more stars, I absolutely would! Truly exceptional people and service here.Long story short, I have 8 veneers on my top set of teeth (done by a different dentist 3 years ago) and while on holiday in Sydney I ended up having a dental emergency. I thought part of the cement from one of my veneers came off while flossing, but as I later found out it was actually a chip in the back of my tooth that came off. I found The Dental Spa online while searching "best veneers in Sydney", and called to see if they could squeeze me in ASAP.Ellena, at the front desk, did EVERYTHING she could to get me in as soon as possible. She moved some things around and I was able to be seen the following day after I called! I had to place a $100 deposit because I was a new customer, and that secured my appointment spot. Note: the deposit you give to hold your appointment as a new patient goes towards the final bill (which, to repair a chipped tooth wasn't as expensive as I was anticipating, which is always a plus)!When I got to The Dental Spa, Ellena greeted me at the front desk and asked me to fill out some paperwork, all standard stuff for new patients. Next, Mel, the dental assistant, walked me back to my exam room and asked me about my dental history and what was going on before going to get the dentist. When Dr. Ellie came in, Mel had already briefed her on what happened. Dr. Ellie took a few x-rays and told me that it was actually my tooth that had chipped, not the veneer cement, and that she would absolutely be able to fix it. She also said she would send me all of the photos that they took AND write a letter for my travel insurance to say I had a dental emergency so I could claim it at a later time.Dr. Ellie and Mel worked seamlessly to ensure that my emergency was handled quickly, painlessly, and efficiently. They make such a great team! I had zero anxiety while in the chair. Plus, the room has a TV on top of the ceiling so that you can watch a show while Dr. Ellie and Mel examine/work their magic. All three women that I interacted with treated me with kindness, compassion, and answered any and all questions I had!If anyone reading this is questioning whether or not to book your appointment here, I can say with 100% confidence you should trust Dr. Ellie and her team at The Dental Spa. If I lived in Sydney, this would be my regular dentist. I cannot recommend them more highly!!!

I've had a fear of going to the dentist my whole life... until I found The Dental Spa. All the staff are lovely and welcoming but Ellie is a fantastic dentist and she really makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. She's honestly the only dentist I've gone to where I don't hyperventilate in the chair! I've been going to her for about 3 years and just this week she repaired my top two front teeth in a minimally invasive way that I didn't even know was possible and I legitimately have a whole new smile now and I'm obsessed! Thank you Ellie 🙏🏽♥️
